Could you or someone you care about benefit from a good heart to heart?

It is important to have people in your life you can talk to, people who really listen. At one end of the spectrum are your friends and family, and at the other end, therapists and psychiatrists. You’ll find me in the middle with informal, supportive Heart to Heart Counseling. Sometimes you have things that you would rather not share with your closest friends, but you don’t feel you want to start therapy. You can come talk with me.

Heart to Heart Counseling offers safe haven. Come and tell me what you are going through at this time in your life, and let’s find a way to look at things with a fresh outlook. You have your own inner wisdom. Let’s uncover it. Together, let’s take a look at life’s challenges through a positive lens. Life is a work in progress. What is there that can be learned right now?

Heart to Heart Counseling specializes in what I have experienced.

All this has provided me with a richness in my life that I cherish:

  • Coping with chronic pain and limitations
  • Aging, our own, and that of our parents
  • Transitional points
  • Post divorce
  • Menopause
  • Empty nest
  • Grieving
  • Positive parenting
  • At home parenting

Strength is not the absence of weakness but how we wrestle with our weaknesses.”
